RAJOURI, Dec 21: Three persons were injured when a Tempo Traveller vehicle overturned on the road in Narian area on the Rajouri-Jammu highway on Sunday evening.
Reports said, a Tempo Traveller coming from the Lam area of Nowshera was heading towards Rajouri when, due to slippery road conditions and fog in Chingus- Naria area, the driver lost control while giving way to another vehicle coming from the opposite direction. As the Tempo went out of control it overturned on the road.
Three people were injured in the accident. One of the injured sustained minor injuries and was sent home after receiving first-aid. The other two injured, Abdul Qayyum, son of Haji Suleiman, age 60, a resident of Bagla Nadiyala, and Shaukat Hussain, son of Abdul Majeed, age 25, a resident of Androoth, were taken to GMC Rajouri, where they are undergoing treatment, and their condition is reported to be stable. The police have taken cognizance of the matter.
