RAJOURI, Oct 14: A police party from Police Station Sunderbani led by SHO Rajiv Sharma arrested three persons and recovered some quantity of heroin from their possession.
Reports said the police party during naka near Forest Check Post, Sunderbani intercepted a Renault Triber car, bearing registration number JK11H-6043 for cheking. During search police recovered 6.14 grams of heroin from the possession of the occupants.
They were identified as Mohd Sayeed, son of Mohd Bashir; Parveen Akhter, wife of Mohd Sayeed and Noreen Kouser, wife of Mohd Naveed, all hailing from Dudasan Bala in Rajouri.
The police registered a case FIR No. 68/2025 against them. All the accused persons were arrested and the vehicle used in commission of the offence was also seized.
