POONCH, July 19: Three-day long Baba Sakhi Sarwar Mela concluded today in Sakhi Maidan, Mendhar.
Thousands of devotees from all over the State participated in the Mela and paid their obeisance to revered Baba Sakhi Sarwar. A grand Dangal was also organized on the occasion. Many traditional activities took place during the Mela. The devotees from Mendhar, Poonch, Rajouri and other parts of the Jammu division thronged the Mela. The devotees were served with sweets.
SDM Mendhar Sahil Jandayal, SDPO Neeraj Padyaar and SHO Mendhar also paid their obeisance to the Baba Sarwar. They took stock of security arrangements for the devotees and supervised the traditional activities going on during the Mela .
