SAMBA, Dec 17: Three persons arrested with 20 kilograms of cannabis.
As per police sources, on specific information, a joint team of Samba Police and SOG laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number JK03B-9363.
During checking, police team recovered 20 kilograms of cannabis from the truck and arrested three persons.
The arrested persons were identified as Mukhtar Ahmed and Adil Hussain, sons of Ghulam Rasool and Ashfaq Ahmed Mattoo, son of Abdul Rehman Mattoo, all residents of District Anantnag.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Samba and investigation started.
