JAMMU, Jan 25: Bakshi Nagar police arrested three persons for land grabbing.
As per police sources, a team from Bakshi Nagar Police Station, arrested three persons for land grabbing.
The arrested persons have been identified as Devinder Singh and Ajay Chib, both residents of Vikas Nagar, Sarwal and Sonu Ratra, a resident of Haryana.
A case under FIR Number 12/16 under Sections 379, 447, 468, 419, 506 and 120-B RPC stands registered against them at Bakshi Nagar Police Station.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bakshi Nagar Inspector Naresh Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO West Pranav Mahajan and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
