RAJOURI, July 6: The police arrested three notorious burglars and recovered some styolen goods from their possession in Rajouri area.
Official sources said that three young men namely- Mohd Zaheer, son of Abdul Aziz, resident of Azmatabad in Thanamandi; Mohd Usman, son of Abdul Karim, hailing from Chawa Gurdhan, Rajouri and Mohd Farooq, son of Mohd Hussain, from Kakora in Rajouri were arrested on the complaint of one Chaman Lal, a shopkeeper of village Narian whose bag of money was stolen by these men while travelling in a Swift car bearing registration number JK11B/ 5797.
On the basis of the CCTV footage, these culprits have been arrested and a case under FIR No. 439/21 has been registered by police. They have confessed their involvement in some other theft cases as well. Further, investigation was in progress.
