Bhaderwah, Apr 20: Three bike-borne teenagers were arrested for allegedly harassing a girl here.
“The incident took place yesterday here when three bike borne teenagers, forcibly tried stop the girl who was riding home from school”, said Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma.
A video of the whole incident has also gone viral on social media.
The arrested persons have been identified as Umar Farooq Khan, son of Farooq Ahmed Khan of Sarafa Mohallah, Farooq identified as Azhar Wani, son of Anzar Hussain Wani of Sartingle and Nayeem Iqbal Bhat, son of Mohammad Iqbal Bhat of Passari, he said, adding that a case under FIR Number 47/18 under Section 341, 294 and 336 RPC has been registered against them at Police Station Bhaderwah and their motorcycle has been seized.
