JAMMU, Feb 23: Arya Samaj Purani Mandi here today celebrated 200th Jayanti of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati Ji and 150th foundation day of Arya Samaj.
On this occasion, Maharishi Dayanand Gao Shala was also inaugurated at Barnai and many people participated in the function.
The chief guest on this occasion was Parshotam Dadichi, president Sanatan Dharam Sabha J&K.
Prominent among those who spoke on the occasion were Narinder Trehan, president Arya Samaj Pratinidhi Sabha J&K, Shakti Dutt Sharma, president Baba Kailakh Nath Temple, Swami Diwanand Saraswati, Arun Choudhary, Dalbir Singh, Tina Verma, Hans Raj, Anu Gupta, Shamsher Singh, Arun Kumar Gupta, Manik Gupta, Ranjeet Shastri, Vikas Shastri and others.
