BHADERWAH, Nov 1: Forest Department has retrieved 20 kanals of encroached land.
As per official spokesman, a team of Forest Department Bhaderwah headed by RO Kellar Mohammad Zafferullah Sheikh alongwith FPF J8 Doda retrieved 20 kanals of forest land in compartment number 18/K Gutassa of Kellar Range in Bhaderwah Forest Division from the possession of Bansi Lal and Yash Pal, son of late Jagat Ram of Gutassa.
A case under relevant sections has been filled against the encroachers.
The whole operation was conducted under the supervision of Khalid Amin Mehta DFO Bhaderwah, Mohinder Singh Deputy Director of FPF J8 Doda and TB Singh Conservator of Forests, Chenab Circle.
