JAMMU, May 20: High Court has ordered promotion of a Principal Sessions Judge and 3rd Additional Sessions Judge.
The promotion was granted by the Full Court in its meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar.
Sanjay Dhar, presently posted as Principal Sessions Judge Kathua has been placed in the Super Time Scale of J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from April 1, 2016 while as 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Kishore Kumar has been placed in the Selection Grade with effect from April 1, 2016.
High Court has also restored the seniority of Parvaiz Hussain Kachroo, Registrar Judicial Srinagar with notional benefits. He shall figure in the seniority list above M K Sharma and Ravinder Nath Wattal.
