2 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, Sept 23: Police today said two persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said in an SX-4 bearing registration number JK02AS/9933 turned turtle at Dalwach Crossing on National Highway in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, resulting in injuries to its driver. “The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard.”
The spokesman said a Wagon-R bearing registration number JK05C/8505 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Mohammad Sultan Sheikh near Sangrama in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. “The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in case registered,” the spokesman added.
