SAMBA, May 2: In continuation to take stringent action against drug peddlers, a police party of Police Station Bari Brahmana on the overall directives of SSP Samba, Rajesh Sharma led by ASI Joginder Thappa, under the supervision of SDPO, Bari Brahmana, Nihar Ranjan and SHO, Bari Brahmana, Rajesh Sharma arrested two drugs peddlers.
They were identified as Shiv Shant, son of Sadhan of Thanupora district, Alipur Dour, Bengal and Hari Nath, son of Ram Parvesh of Nayatulla Sangma district. Patna A/P Industrial area Bari Brahmana near Peer Baba.
Police recovered 150 grams of Ganja like substance from their possession and accordingly a case FIR No.115/2021 U/s 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered at Bari Brahmana Police Station and investigation was started.
