JAMMU, Mar 29: Two persons were feared dead, while a father and his minor daughter were among six persons were injured in road accidents at different locations.
As per reports, two persons were feared dead, when the truck they were traveling in rolled down into a deep gorge near Ramsu area in district Ramban.
On getting information, police, quick rescue teams and locals rushed to the spot and started search operation. The operation was going on, when reports compiled.
Meanwhile, three persons were injured in Maruti car (JK13-3903)-tipper collision near Tali Bari, district Udhampur.
The injured identified as Gulam Mohammad (40), son of Abdul Salim of Pulwama, Abdul Quam (35), son of Gulam Mohammad and Zelal Din (51), son of Gulam Mohammad, all residents of Kashmir were shifted to District Hospital Udhampur, where their condition was stated to be out of danger, when last reports came in.
A driver namely 25-year-old Inderjeet Singh, son of Suram Singh of Ramnagar, district Udhampur was injured when the truck (JK14B-8575) he was driving rolled down near Kheen, Ram Nagar, district Udhampur.
The injured was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur, where he was responding to the treatment when last reports came in.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at concerned police stations and investigation started.
