JAMMU, Apr 20: A teenager and a woman committed suicide in Barjani village falling under the Bari Brahmana Police Station of Samba district under mysterious circumstances today.
The duo was found hanging with a rope in their rented room in the village. They were identified as Brijesh Kumar, 19, son of Naresh Kumar of village Kakode Hardoi district in UP and Sarita Devi, 30 wife of Sanjay Kumar of Babupur Hardoi UP.
The police shifted the dead bodies to hospital for legal formalities and started investigation. Police said that the cause of the extreme step taken by the duo is being investigated.
