UDHAMPUR, Oct 26: Udha-mpur police today arrested two persons who were illegally carrying crackers for further sale of the same.
Acting on an information, a police party from Police Station Udhampur, led by SHO O P Chib, intercepted a car bearing registration number JK19-2879, which was on way from Udhampur to Ramban. The duo was intercepted near Jakhani and during thorough search of the car, Police found 7 boxes and one polythene bag full of illegal crackers. Police seized the crackers and arrested the accused, who were identified as Kalash Singh and Joginder Singh of Ramban.
