JAMMU, June 20: The State Government today issued various orders affecting transfers and postings of 17 KAS officers with immediate effect.
Shakeel-ul-Rehman Rather, under orders of transfer as Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, has been posted as Special Secretary, Home Department while Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, Secretary J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department.
Sachin Dev Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Labour and Employment Department while Gul Hasan Kraipak, Project Manager IWMP, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Ramban vice Mohammad Jehangir Khandey, who shall report to the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Shafiq Shah, Project Manager, IWMP, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Shopian vice Nisar Ahmad Shah, who has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jammu vice Sachin Dev Singh.
Masarat Hashim, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipore, has been transferred and posted as SDM Pattan vice Sarfaraz, who has been transferred and posted as ACR Bandipora vice Masarat Hashim while Suresh Chander, Project Manager IWMP Kathua and Sohan Lal SDM Hiranagar, have been swapped on each other other’s post.
Manzoor Ahmad Sofi, Joint Director Employment, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development against an available vacancy while Mohammad Farooq Dar, Additional Secretary, PWD (R&B), has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, against an available vacancy.
Akramullah Tak, Additional Secretary, Floriculture Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Employment, Kashmir vice Manzoor Ahmad Sofi while Mohammad Abdullah Malik, General Manager DIC Kupwara, has been transferred and posted as ACR Kupwara against an available vacancy. Mr Malik shall also hold the additional charge of the post of General Manager DIC, Kupwara, till further orders.
Anil Kumar Gupta, Secretary, J&K State Electricity Regulatory Commission, has been transferred and posted as Joint Financial Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, against an available vacancy.
Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Managing Director JAKFED, has been transferred and posted as Director Industries and Commerce. Kashmir against an available vacancy.
Parvez Sajad Ganai, under orders of transfer as Deputy District Election Officer, Kulgam, has been posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Srinagar, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Kashmir, relieving Rifat Aftab Qureshi, Development Officer, Handicraft (Non-Textile) Srinagar, of the additional charge of the post.
