JAMMU, Dec 30: The Power Development Department (PDD) of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the placement of 14 Incharge Executive Engineers (XENs) as Incharge Superintendent Engineers (SEs) besides transferring 15 SEs, including those promoted as SEs.
