MENDHAR, July 28: Eleven persons were injured in a group clash in Balakote area of Mendhar in district Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that members of two groups led by Master Abdul Rehman and Karamdad Khan freely exchanged lathis, bricks & blows during a group clash over an old land dispute this morning. The injured were shifted to Sub-District hospital Mendhar. Both the parties have lodged counter FIRs.
The injured are identified as Karamdad Khan, Abida Khatoon, Shafait-ul-Nafi, Ifshan Zabair, Zafisa Khatoon, Tasveer Javeen, Safira Bi, Kulsoon Akhtar, Abdul Zaffar, Master Rehman and two children.
