JAMMU, Dec 11: The Jal Shakti Department has promoted eleven Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) as Executive Engineers (XEns) and ordered transfers of 21 XENs in a significant administrative reshuffle.
The officers promoted as Incharge XENs are Anil Kumar, Yogesh Kumar, Mohammad Amin Mir, Rohit Wadera, Nusrat Habib Malik, Nasir Ahmad Wani, Farooq Ahmad Ganai, Suresh Kumar, Saqib Ahmad Qazi, Younis Hamid Kirmani, and Rashida Yousuf.
Consequent upon the above promotions, Nisar Ahmad Dar has been shifted from PHE Division Handwara to JKPDCL; Abnish Kumar moves from Flood Control Division Kathua to JKPDCL; Hafizullah Reshi posted in Tube Well Irrigation Division Jammu, will shall hold the additional charge of Tawi Canal Construction Division Jammu; and Girdhari Lal has been shifted from PHE Division Kathua to Irrigation Division Udhampur.
Among the other promoted officers, Anil Kumar has been posted to RCC Lower Division Hiranagar. He shall also hold the additional charge of RCC Upper Division, Kathua.
Yogesh Kumar has been posted to Irrigation Division Kathua and will additionally handle Flood Control Division Kathua. Mohammad Amin Mir joins Hydraulic Division Uri; Rohit Wadera has been posted to Hydraulic Division Kishtwar; Nusrat Habib Malik moves to JKPDCL; Nasir Ahmad Wani to PHE Division Handwara; Farooq Ahmad Ganai joins Flood Control Division Kakapora; Suresh Kumar placed as Technical Officer to the Chief Engineer, Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Jammu; Saqib Ahmad Qazi posted to PHE Division Qazigund; Younis Hamid Kirmani moves to JKPDCL while Rashida Yousuf has also been sent to JKPDCL.
Aliya Nazir has been shifted from JKPDC in UEED as TO to CE UEED, J&K; Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, from Hydraulic Division Kishtwar to PHE City Division-II Jammu; Rajesh Kumar from Irrigation Division Rajouri to Irrigation Division-II Jammu; Irfan Ahmad Dar from Hydraulic Division Uri to LCM&A; Rahul Kotwal from Irrigation Division-II Jammu to Irrigation Division Rajouri while Sumesh Hangloo, has been shifted from RCC Upper Division Kathua to PHE Division, Kathua.
