JAMMU, Aug 26: Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered placement of 103 JKPS officers of General Executive Cadre under the Non-Functional Scheme (NFS) in different grades.
As per an order issued by the Home Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government, the officers of General Executive Cadre who were placed in Non-Functional Selection Grade-I, Level 13 are M Fisel Qureshi, Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Ranjeet Singh Chib, Paramjeet Singh, Nasir Ahmad, Dushyant Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Al-Tahir Geelani, Kulwant Singh, Sanjeev Khajuria, Mohammad Aftab Mir, and Fayaz Hussain.
The other officers who were placed in this grade are Prabhu Dayal Sharma, Muneer Ahmed, Mohan Lal Kaith, Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, Master Popsy, Ramnish Gupta, Sajad Ahmad Shah, Azhar Bashir Baba, Raja Adil Hamid Ganaie, Arif Amin Shah, Sajad Khaliq Bhat, Suresh Kumar, Sumir Kotwal, Peerzada Naveed, Mamta Sharma, Shahzad Ahmad Salaria, Dawood Ayoub, Stanzin Losal, Aijaz Ahmad Zargar, Perbeet Singh, Tahir Ashraf Bhatti, Mushtaq Ahmad, Farooq Qesor Malik, Naresh Singh, Surjeet Kumar Bhagat, Aftab Ahmed Sheikh, Raj Kumar, Sheikh Faisal Qayoom, Khalid Amin, Sanjay Kumar Parihar, Mubbasher Hussain, Ifroz Ahmad, Mushim Ahmad, Rajinder Singh, Mohammad Anwar-ul-Haq, Shaheen Wahid, Sonam Dechen, and Masroor Ahmad Mir.
Further, the officers of the General Executive Cadre who were placed in Non-Functional Selection Grade-II, Level 12 are Munir Ahmad, Parvez Ahmad Dar, Jeevan Kumar, Madhu Bandral, Mohammad Ibrahim, Tilak Raj, Daljit Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Gurmeet Singh, Sajad Ahmad Dar, Prem Kumar Modi, Rashiq Ahmad, Zahoor Ahmed Wani, Ayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Vivek Shekhar Sharma, Amran Farooq, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Aijaz Ahmad Malik, Zulafqar Ahmad, Tariq Ahmad Wani, Vipan Chandran, Deepak Digra, Rahul Charak, Feroz Ahmad, Irshad Hussain Rather, Shakeel Rehman Bhat, Tanweer Ahmad Dar, Choudhary Iftkhar Ahmed, Zoheb Tanweer, Safdar Hamid Hassan, Gawhar Ahmad Khan, Rayaz Iqbal Tantray, Amit Verma, Iftkhar Talib, Mashkoor Ahmed Zargar, Majeeb-ur-Rehman, Pardeep Singh, Brijesh Kumar Sharma, Raj Pal Singh, Mohammad Rafi Giri, Koushal Kumar, Pushkar Nath, Farooq Ahmed, Munish Kumar, Rajni Sharma, Surinder Kumar, Balwant Raj, Kulbir Chand, Abhishek Sharma, Kameshwar Puri, and Gourav Mahajan.
Meanwhile, two police officers of General Executive Cadre who were placed in the time scale (Non-Functional), Level-11 in the revised pay matrix are Pranav Mahajan, and Aumer Iqbal.
The placement of the officers in different grades shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before any competent court of law, ordered the Government.
Director General of Police Dilbag Singh, has congratulated the officers for being placed under Non-Functional Scheme (NFS) in different grades.
He has also congratulated 16 JKPS officers in whose favour revised released date of NFS grades have been ordered.
In his message, the DGP congratulated the officers and their families. He said the placement order is expected to boost the morale of the officers.
He also advised the officers to work with more dedication and zeal to fulfil the organization goals of the J&K Police.
The DGP also conveyed his gratitude to LG Manoj Sinha, his Advisor (B) RR Bhatnagar, Chief Secretary Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner Home (ACS) RK Goyal and other officers of the UT Government for granting the Non-Functional Scheme in favour of the JKPS officers of General Executive Cadre.
