10 IFS officers promoted

JAMMU, Dec 31: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, has promoted 10 IFS officers posted in Jammu & Kashmir to their next administrative grades.

As per an order, the 1996 batch AGMUT cadre IFS officer Chaturbhuj Behera, who is holding the post of PCCF, UT of J&K, has been promoted to PCCF (Level 16 in the pay matrix).
His promotion is subject to the condition that when a senior officer on deputation joins the cadre, the junior most officer in the rank will be reverted.
Another order issued by the Ministry said that Riddhi Jagadh Vasudev, a 2001 batch AGMUT cadre IFS officer, who is currently posted as CCF, J&K, has been promoted to the rank of APCCF (Level 15 in the pay matrix). The promotion Vasudev is also subject to the condition that when a senior officer on deputation joins the cadre, the junior most officer in the rank will be reverted.
As per another order, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate has promoted two 2012 batch AGMUT cadre IFS officers, currently serving as DCF, J&K, to the grade of Conservator of Forests (Level 13A of the pay matrix). Among those promoted are Arashdeep Singh and Vanjulavalli Sridhar.
Three more 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IFS officers, currently holding the rank of DCF, J&K, have been promoted to the Selection Grade in level 13 of the pay matrix. They are Shaveta Jandial, Jyotsana, and Rahul Singh.
Meanwhile, three other 2022 batch AGMUT cadre IFS officers, currently posted as DCF, J&K, have been granted the Senior Time Scale (Level 11 in the pay matrix). They are Ankit Sinha, who is under transfer to Ladakh, and Iqbal Rasool Dar, and Shahbazul Rahman.
