JAMMU, June 16: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Sanjeev Gupta awarded one-month imprisonment and fine of Rs 20,000 to one Surinder Singh for molesting six years old girl.
While awarding sentence, Court observed, “if the fine amount is realized from convict, than whole of the amount shall be paid to the prosecutrix as compensation who had suffered due to the act of convict”.
