UDHAMPUR, Mar 19: One day Table Tennis Championship, organised by Range Police Udhampur in collaboration with District Table Tennis Association, Udhampur, under Civic Action Programme concluded at UTTA-Udhampur Table Tennis Academy, Vikas Palace, here.
Total 18 matches were played in various categories of Cadets Boys, Sub-Junior Boys and Senior Boys.
Results: Cadets Boys: Sourav Sharma beat Madhav Sharma by 3-1 in the finals.
Sub-Junior: Mahi Kailu beat Harshi Ramotra by 3-1 in the summit clash.
Men’s: Ankit Sharma drubbed Kumar Tarun by 3-2 in the finals.
The Championship was organised under the close supervision of Virender Sharma, DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range, while the event was organised under the overall supervision of Dr Shailendra Mishra, SSP Udhampur with the motive to channelise the energy of youth in positive direction.
The matches were officiated by Ajay Sharma, Raman Sharma, Mannat Arrora, Akhil Bandral,Vinod Kumar, Prikshit Khajuria,Ved Prakash, Sunny Sharma and Rajesh Verma.
