Tundup Dorjay emerges winner in Sullivan Cup chess

LEH, Nov 5: Outplaying Amos Thapa convincingly in the summit clash, Tundup Dorjay lifted the title trophy of the Sullivan Cup Chess Tournament, which concluded, here.
Earlier, after four rounds, the duo of Tundup and Amos tied for the top position with 4 out of 4 wins.  So a decider was played which was won my Tundup Dorjay of Secmol.  Amos Thapa of the Moravian Mission School was the runner-up.
Five players tied for third place. They included Sangay Thokmat, Tashi Chotak, Stanzin Lotus, Tsering Stanzin and Stanzin Tsespal.
