JAMMU, Mar 25: 12th Senior Men and Women Bodybuilding and 7th Men and Women Physique Sports National Championship 2019 will be held at Chennai in Tamil Nadu from March 29 to 31, 2019.
The bodybuilders and the officials of the State have been selected to represent the State in this prestigious Championship.
The State team includes Vikas Thaper, Ajeet Singh Jamwal, Parteek Khajuria, Mohd Javed, Siddarth Sathoo, Vinod Kumar, Arun Kumar and Shivam Sachdev of besides officials Rajesh Datta, General Secretary J&K Bodybuilding Association and Feroz Shah, Vice President of the Association, who will accompany the team as Manager and Coach respectively.
The screening of J&K State Bodybuilding and Best Physique Championship was conducted by Haji Abdul Qayoom, Chief Sports Officer; Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer; Ashok Singh, Manager MA Stadium and Satish Gupta, Manager Indoor Compex of J&K State Sports Council.
The team will leave for the event on March 28, 2019.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Naresh Gupta, Nand Kishore, Sanjay Bali and Rinku Sagar.
