JAMMU, Dec 27: National Cricket Club Reasi and Star India Cricket Club (SICC), Thanpal scripted victories against opponents in the ongoing T20 Tournament, being organised by Reasi Police, under Civic Action Programme at Sports Stadium, here.
In the first match, SICC defeated Zorawar Cricket Club by 39 runs in an easy contest. SICC scored 134/4 in 15 overs. Bawa and Bobby contributed 36 and 33 runs respectively. Ankush took 2 wickets for Zorawar Cricket Club.
In reply, Zorawar Club bundled out for paltry total of 85 runs in 11 overs. Anil top scored with 19 runs. Vijaypal Singh took 4 wickets for SICC and was declared as man of the match.
In another match, National Cricket Club defeated Saraswati Cricket Club by 41 runs. Batting first, National Cricket Club scored 133 runs in 15 overs, while Saraswati Club collapsed at 90 runs. For National CC, Balbir, pankaj and Aman contributed 27, 23 and 22 runs respectively, while Aman also took 3 wickets, which fetched him a man of the match award.
