RPHQ Jammu provides 112 desks to GHS Gandhi Nagar

JAMMU, Apr 6: Range Police Headquarters Jammu presented 112 school desks to Government Girls High School, Gandhi Nagar, here under the scheme of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The function was attended by various Police officers and school administration.
Rafiq-Ul-Hassan, DIG JSK Range was the chief guest on the occasion.
Earlier, Pawan Parihar, Staff Officer to DIG presented welcome address.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG said that the main spirit behind these programmes is to keep the youth away from the social evils and to create awareness on this front among them.
He impressed upon the students and the staff that the desks presented to the school is now their property and becomes their responsibility to utilize them properly.
Kiran Rajput, Headmistress Govt Girls High School, Gandhi Nagar presented vote of thanks.
Rupinder Kour conducted the proceedings of the function.
The function was also attended by RC Kotwal, JKPS SP Hqrs Jammu, Sunita Kargotra, Chief Prosecuting Officer RPHQ Jammu, Madan Mohan Singh, DySP DAR DPL Jammu, Mohd Rafiq Manhas, SDPO Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Sunil Jasrotia, SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
