KATHUA, July 10: Winning gold medal in 55-60 kg category, Ram Singh emerged champion of champions in the Kathua District Bodybuilding Championship, organized under the banner of Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir and J&K State Sports Council, here.
Jatin Gupta bagged best physique men’s trophy, while Divya claimed best physique women’s trophy.
Rajinder Singh, Chairman Kathua Body Builders Association was the chief guest on the valedictory function, while District Secretary, Gourav Dutta and Rajesh Dutta, General Secretary of BBA of J&K were present on the occasion.
Bhupinder Singh Tirthi, Senior Vice President of BBAJK, Vikas Thapper, Mr. J&K 2016-2017, Javed, Sidharth and Vimal Jit were also present on the occasion.
In 55-60 kg category, Toshil Ahmed and Jatin Gupta bagged silver and bronze medal respectively.
In 50-55 kg, Sahil Dogra won gold, while Tarun and Lakshay Bhargav bagged silver and bronze medal respectively.
In 60-65 kg, Shivam, Neeraj and Sahil Kumar claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively, while in 65-70 kg, Himanshu clinched gold, Vipan Choudhary bagged silver and Sameer claimed bronze.
