JAMMU, Apr 24: After its screening by the Screening Committee of Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council, Jammu and Kashmir Junior Women Hockey Team was flagged off for 7th Hockey India Junior Women Championship (B-Division) by Divisional Sports Officer, Ravi Singh in presence of General Secretary Hockey J&K, GS Bakshi and other office bearers of the Association, here today.
The Championship is being held from April 27 to May 6, 2017.
Rosia Qazimi is the tem manager, while Sham Lal Sharma will be the team coach. Anjali Thakur and Baljeet Kour are accompanying the team as physio and trainer respectively.
The team : Manpreet, Aarushi, Bindu, Charanpreet Kaur, Abhilove Kour, Mridhu Sharma, Manisha Das, Kamini Devi, Priya Thakur, Ashu Devi, Mannu Sharma, Suman Kumari, Harmeet Kour, Gurnit Tandon, Anu Sharma, Anuradha, Harmeet and Chittra.
