JAMMU, Jan 22: J&K CBSE Speed Ball team bagged 5 medals with two gold, one silver and two bronze medals in the 64th National School Games held at Himachal Pradesh.
The Championship was organised by CBSE Unit under the aegis of School Games Federation of India (SGFI).
Yovraj Singh and Hardeep Singh won gold medal in Under-17 years men Double Event. The other participants in the event Included Renu, Kiran and Bhumika Gupta. Achyut Sharma won silver medal in the Under-17 years Relay Event, while Manthan Pandoh and Nakul Gupta won bronze medal In Under-19 years men Double Event. The other participants in the event included Bhavneet Singh and Akshdeep Singh.
Dr Rajesh Mishra, General Secretary School Games Federation of India was the chief guest on the closing ceremony, while Renu Bharwaj (Observer SGFI) was the guest of honour, who distributed the medals among the winners.
Sunny Nanda, All India CBSE Coach was honoured by the chief guest on the occasion.
