JAMMU, Nov 11: Ace Body Builder emerged champion of champions in the14th Jammu District Body Building Championship, organised by the Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir at MAM Stadium, here.
Former Minister, Raman Bhalla was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners in presence of Rajesh Dutta, General Secretary of the Association.
The body builders of almost all the affiliated clubs and districts of Jammu participated in the Championship.
The competition was held in 10 Body Building, 2 Fitness and 1 Master Category.
Speaking on the occasion, General Secretary, J&K Body Building Association, Rajesh Dutta said prior to main competition, the weighing in all the competitive categories was held at International Gym Sector-D, Sanik Colony Jammu in which 60 competitors took part.
the Association members present were B.S Tirthi, Naresh Gupta, Suresh Dutta, Dr. Gunit, Balkar Angurana, Coronal Deva and Corona Choudhary.
Meanwhile, those who claimed gold medals in various weight categories included Mohd Umar, Prateek Mahajan, Ajeet Singh Jamwal, Mohd Sharyar Kabir, Javed Bhatti, Vishal Pandita, Aqib Khan and Vikas Sharma.
