DODA, Dec 11: Iqbal Memorial School, Bhabore celebrated its annual day with zeal and enthusiasm in school campus.
The welcome address was given by Principal of the school Umar Iqbal who presented the annual report of the school highlighting the achievements of school.
On the occasion, Dr Wahied Khawar Balwan Senior Assistant Professor of Zoology in GDC Doda was the chief guest, who while speaking encouraged the young budding talents of the school to excel in every stratum of education and also advised the teachers to provide quality education.
The school administration also presented ‘Most Inspiring Teacher Award’ to Dr Balwan through online system of voting.
Students of the school presented the colourful programmes including skits, songs, debates, speeches and rhymes by nursery kids. The programme culminated with skit on the theme ‘Educate Your Child’.
This year, the prizes were awarded to students of all classes from LKG to Vth based on aspects like punctuality, neatness, discipline, regularity and maximum participation in various competitions.
