RAJOURI, Jan 29: Students of Govt Degree College Thanna Mandi excelled in 65th Republic Day Function held in the College premises, here.
Sixteen institutions of Tehsil Thanna Mandi participated in the programme.
In speech contest, Sehar Shakeel Raina bagged 1st position, while in March Past, the College troop secured 2nd position, under the command of Shafiq Saghar.
In cultural programme (Group Song), the College students also got 2nd position, under lead singers in the group Mehran Shah and Fazia Anjum.
Sajid Jawaid, student of B Sc Part-I was the Parade Commander.
In additions to it, two College teachers, Dr Shakeel Ahmed Raina and Tahir Malik were awarded trophies for dedicated service.
