District level role play competition held

KATHUA, Oct 1: District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET), Basohli in collaboration with J&K State Board of School Education Jammu organized district level role play competition at Government High School Parliwand.
Twelve teams from different zones of Kathua district participated in the programme.
Different themes were presented by the students of 9th class. The objective of the competition was to promote adolescence education and HIV/AIDS awareness.
In the competition, GHSS Sallan adjudged as first, whereas GHS Parliwand stood second and GHSS Guzroo Nagrota claimed third position. GHSS Sallan will now compete at State level competition to be held at Jammu. Principal DIET Joginder Kumar awarded the winners.
Ajay Gupta, Kewal Krishan and Vijay Thakur acted as judges.
