JAMMU, Feb 28: Churchill Brothers was among other four Clubs that won matches in the ongoing 25th State Football Championship, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Football ground, here.
Earlier, in the first match, Chuechill Brothers defeated Christian Stars by four goals to nil (4-0), while in other matches played today, DFA Anantnag thrashed DFA Samba by five goals to three (5-3) via tie-breaker, DFA Bandipora got better off Young Heroes Jammu by (4-3) through tie-breaker, DFA Pulwama drubbed DFA Poonch by four goals to two (4-2) and in the last match, Shaheen Football Club prevailed over DFA Kargil by three goals to nil (3-0).
