JAMMU, July 16: A 27-member Jammu and Kashmir contingent, including 24 players and 3 officials, headed by Madhu Sharma (Coach) was selected by the Roll Ball Association of Jammu & Kashmir which left for Guwahati in Assam to participate in the Senior Roll Ball Federation Cup Championship being held at July 19 to 21, 2018.
After getting nod of the selectors, the team was cleared by the Screening Committee of J&K State Sports Council. Team was flagged off by Sudhir Singh and Satish Gupta.
Prominent among others present on the occasions were Ashok Sharma, Rajesh Gupta and Madan Khajuria.
The Team: (Men) Bhanu Sunil Khajuria, Tarun Kumar Sharma, Dilpreet Singh, Aayush Jasrotia, Rakshak Jandial, Chandan Sharma, Suresh Kumar, Daman Rakwal, Arjun Dev Singh, Mohd Sulieman, Yamin Zahoor and Brighu Sharma.
Women: Antra Mahajan, Simran Raina, Kavneet Kour, Garvita Gupta, Roopam Kaur, Ruhi Rajput, Ankita Chopra, Komal Sharma, Suvidha Sarin, Khushi Gupta, Ashima Gupta and Shreya Gupta.
