JAMMU, May 20: The Vansh Sabre Sports Foundation (VSSF) achieved a significant milestone as its Secretary Kuldeep Kumar Gupta signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Suman Raj, Managing Director of Dhanu Sports Private Limited, Tamil Nadu. The agreement aims to develop and promote technology-driven solutions in sports, including data analytics, player performance tracking, event management, and digital fan engagement.
As per handout issued, VSSF is the first sports foundation in Jammu and Kashmir to partner on such an initiative. The foundation is registered with MSME, Income Tax Department (12A & 80G) and has CSR affiliation with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and NITI Aayog.
The statement said collaboration will also enable the organisation of sports events across India and abroad to give athletes broader exposure. Dhanu Sports will provide live telecast, sports broadcasting, TSR services, and advanced match analytics. The company retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all telecast content, with VSSF granted a license for distribution, archiving and promotion.
