JAMMU, June 2: Vansh Mahajan secured gold, whereas Karun claimed Silver medal and Abdul Rafiq and Rudhar claimed bronze medals in the U-17 sabre event of 14th District Fencing Championship, which concluded today at Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium, here.
In Open Epee boys, Veer Sangram secured Gold medal, Teja Singh claimed Silver medal. Arun and Ravi Sharma bagged Bronze medals.
In U-17 Foil Boys, Anish and Tariq claimed gold and silver medals, whereas Parth and Saksham secured Bronze medals.
On the concluding day, Rajan Sharma, Divisional Sports Officer Jammu was the chief guest, whereas Vijay Sharma, Secretary, J&K Amateur Fencing Association was also present.
