Toy, customised card making competition held

JAMMU, Sept 24: Government Degree College Vijaypur today conducted online national level toy and customised card making competition.
A large numbers of students from different schools, colleges and universities across the country participated in the competition.
In toy making competition the first position was secured by Akansha Rajput of SMVDU Katra whereas the 2nd position was shared by Poonam Sharma of BMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences and Seema Thakur of GCW Gandhi Nagar and 3rd position was clinched by Tamanna Sharma of GCW Gandhi Nagar. The consolation prizes were awarded to Samiksha Dagoria of GDC Billawar, Sanjeev Sarmal of Central Basic Higher Secondary School Jammu, Simrandeep Kour of SKUAST Jammu and Sanyum Kumar of IITM Murthal Haryana.
In customized card competition the first position was shared by Poonam Sharma of BMS Institute of Paramedical Sciences and Garima Gupta of SKUAST Jammu while the 2nd position was secured by Akansha Rajput of SMVDU Katra and 3rd position was shared by Tamanna Sharma of GCW Gandhi Nagar and Simrandeep Kour of SKUAST Jammu. The consolations prizes were awarded to Shuvam Mankotia of GDC Billawar, Seema Thakur of GCW Gandhi Nagar and Samriti of MAM PG College Jammu.
The competition was adjudged by Dr Shital Sharma, Prof Anil Bhagat, Dr Sunil Kumar Mangoch and Dr Mohd Yousuf Rather. The event was coordinated by Ritika Sharma under the overall supervision of College Principal, Dr Sangeeta Sudan.
