UDHAMPUR, Sept 16: Team Bagga lifted the title trophy of the Gulabgarh Under-21 Cricket Tournament conducted by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Bagga under the aegis of Uniform Force Headquarter in coordination with the District Sports Authority, Reasi.
16 local teams participated in the week long sporting extravaganza. The tournament unleashed the talent of the youth in the region and a boost to the budding players to pick up sports as a career.
Screening of patriotic movies, documentaries and conduct of medical camp during the tournament, held as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Indo-Pak war 1965 further supplemented the efforts of the Army.
The winning team trophy was presented to Team Bagga and the Runners up trophy to Team Sungri.
