Symposium on Communal Harmony held

JAMMU, Dec 27: Government Degree College Budhal organized a Symposium on National Integration and Communal Harmony in College premises, today.
10 students drawn from various classes spoke in English, Hindi and Urdu languages, expressed their views and gave the message of peace, harmony and unity.
The programme was chaired by Dr Javed Ahmed Qazi, Principal Government Degree College Budhal, while Prof Sajjar Malik conducted proceedings of the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal threw light on variegated aspects of importance of communal harmony.
Meanwhile, Mohd Shabir bagged first place, Mohd Shakeel second and Alyas Hussain Shah claimed third place.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Moulvi Fareed, Prof Rasheed, Prof Nazia, Prof Asha Rani, Prof Prituma and Prof Fozia.
Prof Mohd Saleem Wani presented vote of thanks.
