JAMMU, Aug 14: Jammu and Kashmir Power Lifting Association selected State men and women teams for their participation in the Senior National Power Lifting Championship to be held at Mangalore from August 21 to August 26, 2013.
The team was selected on merit basis by a panel of experts including Rajan Jain, general secretary of the Association, Irfan Qadri, Narinder Singh and Ajay Sharma.
The teams:
Men: Arun Dev, Satyam Gupta, Adil Ashraf, Vikramjeet Singh, Akshat Magloria, Happy Langeh, Sunny Jaswal, Sandeep Kumar, Karanveer Chopra, Sahil Slathia, Vijay Sharma, Ashraf, Varun, Ashwani and Deepak.
Women: Parminder Kour, Nidhi Sharma and Monika Sharma.
Rajan Jain will accompany the team alongwith his officials.
