St Xavier wins cricket match at KC Sports Club

JAMMU, Dec 10: KC Sports Club today hosted a cricket match of the ongoing Sudarshan Mahajan Memorial Inter School Indoor Cricket Tournament 2015, being sponsored by the Management of KC Public School.
The match was played between St Xavier and Naveen Shiksha Kendra today morning in the under-14 age category. The match was played inside the spacious Cricket Hall at the Club as per the indoor Cricket regulations prevalent in the world.
Earlier, Naveen Shiksha Kendra won the toss and decided to bowl first. St. Xavier made solid start from the beginning and made 28 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Shoumik made 14 runs, while Rishab and Rohan contributed 4 and 3 runs respectively. Pranav and Nitin shared 2 wickets each.
In reply, NSK also made good start but their middle order collapsed while chasing the target. Pranav scored 4 runs, while Sandeep and Swastik made 3 runs each. Nikhil and Rohan of St Xavier took 2 wickets each. St Xavier won the match by a margin of 12 runs.
At the end of the match players practice with the Bola Bowling Machine imported from England to improve their reflexes under the supervision of YSCE coaches.
