Jammu, Oct 31: A contest based on strength and stamina was organised at KC Sports Club today. It required lifting weights on Cybex Smith Machine in the gym with increasing degree of difficulty.
Many members who have been working on the machine put their strength to test in this competition. In the end, Vikas Singh Ghai succeeded in winning the top slot with a weight of 120 kg. He took a mammoth lead of 20 kg over his rivals Himanshu Anand and Rudra Sharma who finished joint runners-up with the weight of 100 kg each.
