JAMMU, Aug 7: Sham Singh Langeh has been appointed as India Zonal Committee Head of Divyang Cricket Board of India (DCBI) in the second annual meeting of the Board, held at Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
During the annual meeting, DCBI representatives from around 24 States/UT’s participated in which many important decisions were taken and decided that the board is going to organise Wheelchair Cricket World Cup.
Sham Singh Langeh will supervise all four Zones of India including North, South, East and West Zone. It is the first time in the history of J&K that a son of soil is given such a crucial appointment in the Divyang Board.
On returning back to Jammu from the Board meeting, the Sham Singh Langeh received a rousing welcome, organised by the J&K Divyang Cricket team headed by vice captain Ajit Raj.
