JAMMU, May 15: RM Group of Institutes organized day long programme to pay tributes to great soul, visionary, philanthropist Late Dev Dutt Mengi Ji, who in 1969 had laid the foundation stone of Shiksha Niketan School, which is the parental institute of RM College.
On this occasion, all family members of Mengi Parivar, the faculty members and students paid homage by offering flowers and recited bhajan kirtan. Students of RM Public School also participated and enchanted Gayatri-Mantra & Gurushabads.
Chairman of the RM Group, Rameshwar Mengi and all respected members of Mengi Parivar were also present on the occasion.
Mr Mengi threw light on the teaching of pious soul and stressed upon to follow the footsteps of the son of the soil. Programme was compared by Meenakshi Pathania.
