JAMMU, Apr 15: Mulan Cricket Club registered a commanding win over Rajouri Titans in the 9th match of the ongoing 1st Jambu Lochan T20 Cricket Tournament, being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Masters Games Association at Maulana Azad Stadium Jammu.
Winning the toss, Mulan Cricket Club opted to bat first and posted a strong total of 189/5 in 20 overs. Akash Choudhary played a blistering knock of 69 runs off 33 balls, hitting four sixes and eight boundaries, while captain Rahul Mulan contributed a steady 57 off 43 balls.
For Rajouri Titans, Mukesh took two wickets, while Umesh Sharma and Vikshay Vashist claimed one wicket each.
In reply, Rajouri Titans were bowled out for 70 runs in 13 overs. Rahul Jamwal led the bowling attack with three wickets, supported by Akash Chib with two wickets, while Kulwinder, Rahul Mulan, Kanan Mahajan and Karan took one wicket each.
Rahul Mulan was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance of 57 runs and one wicket. The award was presented by Sanjay Puri, veteran handball player and executive member of the association.
