JAMMU, Jan 23: Prinkle Singh, ace tennis player of Jammu and Kashmir and trainer of Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association today reached the final in 2nd Road to Wimbledon Tennis Tournament at Chandigarh.
In the semifinal with Shravalley of Telangana, Prinkle took the first set by 6-0, but in second set Prinkle made some unforced errors and lost it by 1-6, while in the third set Prinkle delivered big forehand and backhand shots and won the set by 6-2 to win the match by (6-0, 1-6, 6-2).
In doubles event, Prinkle reached semifinal, which will be played after the final match of the singles event tomorrow.
