JAMMU, June 20: Sharda Sangeet Sadan today organized an online singing competition namely ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ to celebrate World Music Day.
This competition was divided into four categories including infant, junior, senior and amateur wherein all the students sang beautiful classical songs. The event was judged by Dr Poonam Sharma, Dental Surgeon by profession and B.A (Music).
In Infant group, Pritakshi Bharadwaj stood 1st, whereas Akshiv Gupta and Kavita Gupta remained 2nd and 3rd respectively, whereas in Junior group, top three position were clinched by Vishudhi Jain, Samvedya Gupta and Rounak Gupta respectively and in Senior group category, Tanishqa Bakshi, Bhumika Raina and Harman Singh clinched 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively, while in Amateur group, Suhani Abrol stood 1st and Shri Jas remained 2nd.
All the participants were awarded with certificates which generated online.
Satyabhama Dubey presented vote of thanks, whereas Mohit Sharma and Kritika Gandotra prepared the students for said competition.
