POONCH, Aug 5: Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Cricket Cup tournament entered into quarter final stages at Sports Stadium Poonch organized by District Administration Poonch in collaboration with District Youth Services and Sports, Poonch.
The Ist match was played between Nanagali Zone and Mendhar Zone. Tehsildar Haveli, Anjum Khatak and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Poonch, Mohd Shafiq were the guests present on this occasion.
Mendhar scored 127 runs and won the match by 19 runs. The 2nd match of the day was played between Zone Mankote and Zone Balakote. Mankote won the match by 77 runs. The tournament is being organized under the overall supervision of Mohd Qasim District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Poonch and technically supervised by Pawan Kumar and Perviaz Ahmed.
